Is Prayer of Healing 5e spell good?

With an average healing of 9 to 40.5 points at the ninth level, the Prayer of Healing is insanely good Healing for a mere 2nd-level spell slot.

The downside is the 10-minute casting time, which makes it almost impossible to use in combat. It is more a spell to be used in wilderness camps and non-combat situations; if your party needs a boost of Healing and doesn’t have time for the required short rest, this can be the answer.

Also, depending on the way you run large-scale combat in your campaign, this might be the perfect spell for a large battle. This would, however, depend on whether you run the crucial parts of the encounter according to normal rules or use a more abstract way of determining the outcome.
